Good shoe for small heels
I have always been an ASICS fan, they have the right shape shoe for my foot.

It is always difficult choosing a size over the net but these shoes are the size you expect, I am a 39 and a 39 is what I got. There are good reflective tags on the shoe and the sole is not too soft.
