Id been hearing about these types of shoes for some time and wondered if they really do work. i heard from a relative that they had tried MTB shoes,that work the leg muscles, she said they were great and she could feel the muscles working. Fantastic shoes!
I have just bought these shoes and I love them. They are a really good looking pair of trainers in mostly black suede leather and a nice touch is that they have very small sparkly dots at each lace hole.( Very subtle though) They come with white laces installed and you get a pair of black ones tucked inside the shoes.

They are a really good fit. I normally take a six but have noticed that with cheaper trainers I have sometimes been having to take a 7 but these size sixes fit me perfectly. No heel rubbing right from the beginning. Excellent!

They are really easy to walk with and you don't feel at all wobbly..it just feels natural. My legs definitely feel more tired after walking in them, just as if you had been walking in sand but you don't have that slow motion effect that you get if you are really walking in sand.

I have been walking my dogs 2-3 times a day in them and I do feel more tired in the evening and sleeping well. I have not had any muscle...
