Nice boots but not good in snow and ice.
I bought these boots especially to wear in the cold snowy weather. In the description it says " lightweight grippy sole for traction in snow and ice" and after reading the other reviews about how great they were in snow, i thought that they sounded perfect for me.

The boots are extremely comfortable, solid and very well made. they are easy to put on and take off, and have a lovely warm lining. Now we get to the main reason i bought them. It snowed last week where i live, putting down about 5 inches, i had to go out, so wore these boots,and from the first step i was slipping and sliding all over the place in them, very little traction at all. I thought i'd give them another try after it froze the snow, but, no, still slipping and sliding with every step. So, all in all, comfy, nice boot, will keep your feet dry and warm, but not good on snow, slush or ice. They gave me no confidence to walk in those weather conditions.
