Tough trail shoe with plenty of grip
Had these for around eight months. More suitable for winter training and racing. Very tough shoe with lots of features to protect your feet. They have a rigid fit that took me a few attempts to get the laces right. I chose a size bigger as I have wide feet but could have got away with a half size bigger. Quite a solid ride without the cushioning that the description suggests which is typical of Mizunos. Lots of grip and great in muddy conditions.

Love these runners - I use them for cross country/trail running and they are great. Even when they get very wet they still feel very comfy and they dry out fast. No blisters since I got them either. Foot feels very supported on rough terrain. They feel weird walking on concrete/roads - but they're designed for grass/trails so I wouldn't wear them for road running. A++++

I bought these shoes at the start of my second year of fell running, after they had been recommended by many friends. I have not been disappointed, since their lightness and grip is far superior to the Salomons I had been wearing previously. Snug fitting, they are equally at home on mud, grass or rock and the secure purchase on the latter, when descending at speed has alllowed me to shave several seconds off my times this year. Although I was initially sceptical over the longevity of these shoes, given the soft 'sticky' rubber of the soles, I have been impressed and foresee that my initial pair will last a complete season, racing every weekend.

Fabulous cross-country running shoes
I bought these shoes on the recommendation of my son who is a serious cross-country runner, and in turn I can thoroughly recommend them. I run on a muddy, slippery moor and they give really good grip, but are also excellent on the road. My son has just completed a race in them in dreadful conditions and said they performed brilliantly, so they get the thumbs up from both of us.
